Latin Patriarchate Schools Honor Outstanding Students and Educational Leaders

Under the patronage of His Excellency Bishop Iyad Twal, and in the presence of Fr. Dr. Firas Nasrawin, General Director of the Latin Patriarchate Schools, and Ms. Carol Jidoun, Executive Director, together with several priests, religious sisters, and school and kindergarten principals, a ceremony celebrating excellence and dedication within the Latin Patriarchate Schools was held on Saturday, August 29, 2026.

During the ceremony, students who achieved outstanding results in the 2026 General Secondary Education Certificate Examination were honored in recognition of their diligence and remarkable accomplishments. Retired school principals were also honored in appreciation of their distinguished careers and many years of dedicated service in education.

The ceremony also included the presentation of certificates to school and kindergarten principals who completed the Educational Leadership Course at the Queen Rania Academy, with the support of the General Administration of the Latin Patriarchate Schools. The course formed part of ongoing efforts to promote professional development and strengthen educational and leadership capabilities, thereby enhancing the participants’ competencies and advancing leadership practices within the educational environment.

The occasion also featured a Holy Mass presided over by His Excellency Bishop Iyad Twal, with the participation of the school’s students, marking the Feast of the Beheading of Saint John the Baptist.

We congratulate our outstanding students and all those who were honored. We also express our appreciation for the continued journey of dedication and excellence throughout our schools, wishing everyone lasting success and many more achievements.
