Members of the Catechetical Education Committee and regional coordinators met to discuss the office’s foundational plan, focusing on developing a shared vision and coordinating efforts to strengthen the mission and effectiveness of catechetical education.

The meeting included a presentation of the main findings of a survey of catechists. The findings highlighted the current realities of their ministry, its needs and challenges, alongside constructive proposals to enhance educational and spiritual practice.

The gathering fostered constructive dialogue and an exchange of views, emphasising the importance of collaboration in developing a clearly defined plan. This plan seeks to respond to catechists’ aspirations and support children and young people on their journey of faith and learning, strengthening the Church’s educational mission in Jordan.
