On Thursday, the Latin Patriarchal Vicariate in Jordan held the third administrative and spiritual gathering for the staff of the Latin Bishopric in Jordan. The gathering took place under the theme “Together We Are the Salt – Building a Team That Carries a Mission” and was attended by His Excellency Bishop Iyad Twal, Patriarchal Vicar for Jordan. It reflects the Vicariate’s commitment to strengthening the fraternal and spiritual bonds among its staff and to building a culture of cooperation and shared responsibility in carrying out their Church mission.

The gathering opened with Holy Mass, followed by welcoming and opening remarks from His Excellency. Fr. Imad Twal then gave a keynote lecture on building a team that carries a mission. The program also included an interactive dialogue and discussion session. In it, participants exchanged ideas and experiences and reflected on how to develop their shared work and strengthen communication and coordination among the Bishopric’s institutions.
