As part of the Latin Patriarchate Schools’ professional development initiatives, and in collaboration with Obelus Learning and Consultancy, a training program was conducted for principals, assistant principals, administrative staff, and the general management team. The training covered the integration of artificial intelligence in education, modern leadership styles, and effective communication skills.

Participants who completed the course received a certificate from the University of Buckingham (UK) and an internationally accredited certificate from Gatehouse Awards (a UK-based awarding body).

The training aims to enhance administrative and leadership competencies, enabling our staff to keep pace with modern developments and foster a more innovative and effective educational environment.
